Terms of Service
Rules for using SaintCRM, including accounts, customer data, integrations, acceptable use, and liability.
Last updated: June 18, 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of SaintCRM, including crm.saintcode.com, related APIs, and connected features (the “Service”), operated by Saintcode (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The Service
SaintCRM provides customer relationship management tools including leads, customers, deals, email, quotes, invoicing, research utilities, social media management features, and related admin and customer-facing interfaces.
Features may be labeled preview, beta, or disabled until explicitly enabled. We may add, change, or remove features with reasonable notice where practical.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that users you invite comply with these Terms.
Admin access is restricted to authorized Saintcode or customer personnel. Customer dashboard and public signup features may be disabled by default until your organization enables them.
Your data
You retain ownership of CRM content and business data you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service, support integrations you enable, and comply with law.
You are responsible for having appropriate rights and notices to collect and process Customer Data, including personal information about your leads, customers, and contacts.
Third-party integrations
The Service may connect to third-party platforms (email providers, social networks, advertising systems, analytics tools). Your use of those platforms is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
When you connect a social or advertising account, you authorize us to act on your behalf within the scopes you approve. You must disconnect integrations you no longer wish to use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
- Send spam, malware, or unsolicited messages in violation of applicable law.
- Attempt to bypass security, access other users’ data without authorization, or probe systems without permission.
- Reverse engineer or copy the Service except where permitted by law.
- Use the Service in a manner that violates platform rules of connected social or advertising APIs.
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
Availability and support
We strive for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, updates, and factors outside our control may cause downtime.
Support channels and response times may vary by plan or agreement when commercial packages are offered.
Fees and trials
Certain features may be offered free during preview periods. Paid plans, if offered, will be described separately. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of paid features.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, pose a security risk, or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends; export and deletion of Customer Data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and any applicable agreement.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that results from SEO, ads, keyword, or social tools will achieve specific business outcomes.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAINTCODE AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Saintcode against claims arising from your Customer Data, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in British Columbia will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited by consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
Changes
We may modify these Terms. We will post updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
